Returns and Refunds

All Zhoumong products are made to order. Because each item is produced specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for an incorrect size, color choice, or change of mind.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.

After review, we will arrange a replacement or refund for eligible claims. You do not need to return a damaged item unless we ask you to do so.

Address Issues

Please check that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing an order. Orders returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address are not eligible for a free replacement or refund. We may be able to arrange a replacement at an additional cost.

Production Variations

Minor variations in print placement, color, and garment measurements can occur during production. These normal variations are not considered defects.
