Shipping Policy

Where We Ship

Zhoumong currently ships to addresses in the United States only.

Order Processing

All products are made to order. Most orders are produced and dispatched within 2 to 7 business days after purchase. Production times may be longer during holidays or periods of high order volume.

Delivery

After dispatch, Standard Shipping within the United States usually takes about 2 to 5 business days. Delivery timing depends on the destination, carrier availability, and other factors outside our control.

Shipping rates and any delivery estimate are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive tracking information by email after your order has shipped. Carrier updates can take time to appear after a shipping label is created.

Multiple Shipments

If your order includes multiple items, they may be produced or shipped separately. You may receive more than one package and tracking number.

Shipping Address Changes

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order. If you need to correct an address, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once production has begun.

Orders returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address are not eligible for a free replacement or refund. Please see our Refund Policy for details.

Delays and Delivery Issues

Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, and other circumstances may affect delivery times. If your package appears delayed or has a delivery issue, contact us with your order number so we can review the shipment with our fulfillment partner.
